She looked sideways at Regulus Black, Head Boy according to his badge, slacker extraordinaire according to the Head Girl who felt as though she'd just had to carry the whole meeting by herself. She'd arranged the latest schedule of Prefect duties. She'd fielded questions and complaints about the way she'd arranged it. She'd pressed the Prefects for feedback about how new procedures were going. She'd taken the notes. She'd passed along the messages that the staff wanted Prefects informed of. She felt as though she'd been doing everything herself, unwilling to admit that her own sense of perfectionism had led her to take on more and more so that it could be done correctly, according to her own standards. All she could see at this point was that the Head Boy was a lazy, good-for-nothing, Slytherin who made her do everything because he thought he could push her around.
"Regulus," she said. Standing from her chair, Michelle extended the roll of parchment out to him. It was a list of Prefects along with their preferences for duties and times, and the work that needed to be filled. "Your turn to make up the next schedule." A prim haughtiness laced her words and expression. "Unless, of course, you've forgotten how."
