Mason wasn't home often these days, even if he was currently living at home. He spent as much time at the shop he worked at as he could, putting away money. When he wasn't working, he was usually out with a few of his friends, trying to not spend money. Today, however, he was at home. At least for a few hours. The telly was on, blaring some idiotic show that he pretended to like only because it bugged mum and because it was better than sitting in silence with Caitlin, when someone knocked on the door. Glancing at Caitlin, her attention on the telly, he pushed himself up and sauntered to the door, tugging it open only to be greeted by some bird he'd never seen.

A lazy smile crept over his features and he leaned against the doorjamb, folding his hands over his chest. "What's a pretty one like you wanting with my sister?" he asked, his eyes moving over her before he gave her what he assumed to be a very charming wink. Mason wasn't necessarily great with the girls, but he had long ago come to the belief that he was quite likely to be God's gift to women; that when his interest wasn't returned, it meant there was clearly something wrong with the girl.

He was getting himself ready to chat her up some more when he felt someone poke him in the back. Pulling a face, he glanced over to see Caitlin glowering at him. "What?" he asked, though he backed up, unable to not toss a wink at the pretty girl on the stoop. "If you get bored, hunt me up," he told her, receiving another poke - more like a shove - from his sister. "Alright! Going," he said, putting up his hands and rolling his eyes dramatically at Caitlin before he was heading up the stairs. He knew better than the presume she'd want him hanging around with her and the new friend.

Caitlin finally focused on the girl at the front and a huge smile cracked her face before that same smile fell a bit. Great. Another person she would have to somehow explain the whole situation to when she couldn't really explain anything. Still, Caitlin had become very adept at facial expressions and she made one rolling her eyes as she mouthed a 'sorry' for her brother's behavior. Stepping aside, she gestured for Sabrina to come in.
