Tucker hadn't given much thought to the almost declaration of love Lizzie had made on the first day of school. She hadn't repeated it and that was enough for him to pretend as if it had never happened. Okay. That was mostly a lie. He'd been thinking about it almost non-stop since she'd said it; he was just trying to pretend like it hadn't happened. The snogging helped. A lot.

Not that he didn't like her, because he did. A lot. A whole lot. Loads and loads, even. More than he had at the end of the school year, when he'd first kissed her and when they'd become all official. But love, that was serious stuff. Love came with a whole lot of other expectations and right now he just wanted to snog and hold hands and snog and hang out. And snog. Because snogging was amazing fun. Everything he'd always imagined and then some.

What he didn't expect was the homework bit with his girlfriend. With Mai it was all fun and games; same with Joel. Hazel, well, he supposed if he ever spent any time with her, she'd be a bear about homework, but he'd rather assumed that, with Lizzie, it would be snogging and hanging out and doing homework on their own later. When he wasn't so distracted by her. Still, he wasn't a jerk and that meant that he was going to try his best to do things like she wanted.

Taking the kiss on the cheek as she pulled him to sit, he grinned at her, the question only making him grin the more. "I vote snogging, personally. This isn't, ya know, difficult homework." That was a lie. "And it's not due tomorrow." That was true. "So, I vote we leave it til later and go find a corner to snog in." Why lie? She wasn't an idiot, was she?
