“Well, I don’t want any bloody test but I would rather have a potions one then a stupid charms one. Ugh!

"
You do seem very opposed to testing." Walt remarked drily.  He'd been nearly as relieved as his friends when that particular axe hadn't dropped.  Now he and Eph had moved it to the top of a things we don't need to talk about anymore pile.  He really wasn't sure what was going on between Brigitte and Eph these days, and it seemed safer not to ask.  For his part, Walt couldn't help thinking about her continued insistence that she hadn't needed a test.  It would have saved  all three of them a good deal of grief and the boys hangovers if she hadn't been so stubborn.  It wasn't that he was actively mad with her. Obviously she wasn't after Eph for his millions or anything, he was just slightly put off.

“We should have brought some food from dinner,” she complained. Because after dinner was the only time she ever had to study. “And why is it so damn hot in here?!

Walt sighed.  "Because it's the middle of November, and it's bloody cold out."  He couldn't blame his mood on Brigitte entirely.  She was one more thing in a long line of responsibilities, and he'd still not been sleeping well.

“Let’s just get this over with.”

"
Alright."  He gestured for her to stand, even as he fell back into the couch cushions.  "Summoning charm.  Try for that book over there."

He waited.  "Um."  Stood.  "Alright, wand arm firmer.  Like you're reaching for it."
