"Maybe she scheduled in preparing for sad, creepy future time?" T.J. did not know his or his girlfriend's plans for him. Outside of the fact that he should suck it up and play quidditch with her again. That plan she knew. But otherwise, what the two of them did together was mostly confusing to T.J. She did not understand everyone's fascination with the opposite sex. It was as though the only goal in life were finding a mate. There were clearly better things than stopping being ones-self to be with someone and be who they waned you to be. Like Quidditch. And melted ice cream. And also quidditch. In fact pretty much all entirely quidditch.

Or just being friends. Friends didn't ask Friends to change. Sometimes friends were good enough to push one to be the best, quidditch playing version of themselves possible, like she did with Tucker. But that was because they cared and were good friends. "Well if you're going to ignore her schedule, I'll lie for you if you want. Tell her you totally followed it to the letter. Because if being bossed around makes you happy, then I'm happy for you." Lizzie did have a tendency to abuse her excellent leadership qualities. T.J. did too, but not quite to the same extent. "And those muggles smell funny and don't make enough money to afford a decent pair of trousers." Alright they probably did. But her point was, she didn't like the, and she did not want Tuck to join them, because then she couldn't like him anymore. And the list of people she didn't like was too long already.

"Those things are so gross." She commented on his choice of candy. "We could go sneak over to the kitchens and get some real food if you want." She did not expressly care one way or the other. "Not that you're not really great at playing guitar or whatever, but we should do something, literally anything other than just sit here right now." It didn't even have to be something exciting. Exciting things were nice, but if he wanted to do something boring that would have been okay too. As long as it involved doing something.
