The problem was always the same at Halloween : how to get the maximum milage out of the least costume. It was thinking about her boyfriend that finally gave her the idea though. Historical, easy, and a little bit outrageous. Nell Gwyn.


Her skirt was long and full, accenting her hips nicely, as well as giving her plenty of freedom. Dark green with a tea towel charmed to make her apron in front. The blouse was a short sleeved shirt with charms all over the place, mostly in the front to give it a good, low neckline, tucked under the corset-tight bodice that did such a fine job of showing off her assets. Around her neck, as if to make the point, was a light chain that had started the evening as a boot-lace, charmed to hold the little orange flower pendant. On her hip she carried her basket of oranges, provided by the House Elves with much chattering and giggling.


If Charles II was here, she knew she would catch his eye. the western was, what other eyes would she catch?


She smiled to herself as she looked at the decorations. Alright, she might not fit into the Arabian Nights, but she was going to have fun.
