Clayton smiled after her and then was suddenly uncertain of just what to do now. So he stood holding the handbag and debating on if he should go to the counter and pay for the item now or wait to see if Josie was going to buy anything. Before a decision could be made, her voice floated through the curtain of the changing room.

So, the choice was made. He would wait for her.

"Sometimes I relish being alone. Though, I'd love to wander about with you," he added as she came from the dressing room back in her normal clothing.

He'd half expected her to lose some of that glow she'd had in the more elegant robes, but if anything she seemed to sparkle the more in her own outfit. Smiling, he gave a nod to the counter. "Well, let me pay for this..unless, is there anything else you were wanting to look at?"
