Most people would question Contessa's sanity to be so willing to tear apart a Hufflepuff as she was. It would make for good stories when she returned back to the castle and decided to share her day with the other girls. Marina would not have approved of it, then again, Marina never approved of anything she did except her curtsey to be polite whilst cutting down the members of other houses. She sighed as she pressed the robes against her, glancing down at them and imagining them on her body. She twirled around a moment, grinning the while before placing it over her arm.

Gibson choked out a breath, Tessa's head raising to look at her with a brow raised. Oh this was too good for her to enjoy, it was like taking candy from a baby almost, only sweeter. She concocted a rich smile, blinking a few stares as she stared at her for a few moments longer before speaking.

"Do you have something you want to say?" she asked sweetly. "Oh do be a doll and speak your mind. We'll talk while I pay for this, aren't you going to buy anything?"

She turned her head away, glancing around for the keeper. She certainly was not going to go to them, they were coming to her. Contessa was, after all, a costumer and it would not do to be rude to a costumer and risk losing one.

"Oh, keeper! I believe you have a sale and if you wish not to lose it, come here right now." she said with utter importance. She looked over at Gibson, cocking a brow. "You have to know how to handle them if you want anything done." she whispered.

The owner came rushing right over, bowing to her a few times. Tessa waved her hand dismissively at the man, backing up a step or two. She thrusted her arm at him, awaiting for him to take the dress from her arm and when he did so she was eager to go for her pouch when his voice stopped her.

"Oh what a wonderful pick," he complimented at once. "Very beautiful. Did you know that this dress went on sale today, Ms. Delacroix? The price has been managely lowered for even the poorest of people to buy it, you've come just on the right time."

Contessa stifled a scoff. A Delacroix... buying something on sale?! It was outrageous thought indeed. She was about ready to tell him to throw it back when she remember Anne was still standing there. Now it was more of the competition because there was no doubt that the girl could possibly afford it now.
