Contessa snapped her head in the direction of Gibson as she questioned how much the sale was. Her eyes narrowed as her mind was already turning in gears. Now she had to have the dress, there was no doubt about it and out-bidding the girl would not be a problem. She sat a pile of family wealth and that girl had to wear ratty clothes that looked as though some man had taken a crack at crude sewing and clothes making. She feared nothing or any kind of a worst.

"7 Galleons and 10 Sickles" the keeper said at once as he turned to the girl. "Why? Would you like to buy such a pretty thing as this?" he said with a cheeky smile.

Tessa sneered, swatted her hand dismissively at the air. Her arms folded across her chest as she stared at the girl. Playing nice was over, she knew Gibson had wanted the dress all along but that had not meant she could try and have it. Crossing a spoiled pureblood's toes as hers was never a good thing to do, none at all.

"Keeper, do remember that I will double that price if it will mean having that dress," she stated at once as she eyed the girl grudgingly.
