Michelle gave a rather obvious jump when Luke pinched her. It was uncalled for, really. It wasnt her fault that they couldnt go to the Three Broomsticks. It had been so long since shed had a butterbeer that she thought she might die from malnutrition. Unless, of course, the food at Puddifoots killed hera possibility she couldnt ignore, regardless of whatever Luke said about it. She gave Luke a short glare. before returning her eyes to Josh Cloud. Because who knew when she might ever get a chance to observe this remarkable man again?

It seemed that Josh Cloud was not going to be joining them after all. He immediately made his excuses and took his leave, offering birthday wishes all around along with a special orderand smilefor herself.

Don't let this lad forget he's supposed to be a gentleman. If he gives you any grief, you can always send me an owl and I'll make him rethink things."

Smiling at that, Michelle glanced at Luke, and then away at her purse, feeling unaccountably fluttery, and suddenly curious as to whether Luke would start acting terribly ungentleman-like in the near future.

Suddenly, Luke was calling Joshs name and running off after him, causing Michelle to look up at them in surprise. She couldnt see Lukes face, but she could hear him, and what she heard brought an astonished grin to her face. Luke, in a halting, embarrassed manner, was asking for Josh Clouds autograph. Michelle wished she could have had the nerve to ask him for that. She watched Josh Cloud actually take a paper out and write something down, while continuing a quiet conversation with Luke. She watched, silent, wondering if Luke would let her look at the parchment. Maybe hed even let her touch it.

How do you know him? Michelle said to Plum, motioning towards Josh Cloud. You must have a brilliant job.
