Having a girl grab him by the arm with not just one hand, but both, and tugging him quite forcibly in the opposite direction from a threat that would never be made him grin broadly, as did her words and the unspoken threat that underlied her warning that he wasn't going to break up with her again today. With willing feet, he followed along as just a slow enough pace to keep her tugging on him.

"Until then, youre stuck with me, my peppermint breath, and all.

"Am I?" he asked, stopping her again, this time his hand coming up and gripping one of her own as he looked over at her. "That's such a shame, isn't it? Though, I don't see how you could possibly bug me with the peppermint breath when you're so bloody far away from me," he commented, having moved closer as he spoke, his breath caressing her cheek as he leaned in. "I bet you could change my memories of peppermint for the better, though."

Slipping her hood from her head, he traced his thumbs over her cheeks as he pulled back enough to find her eyes. "I lied when I said I like girls with peppermint breath." He leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to her lips. "I really only like one girl with peppermint breath," he murmured, his lips almost touching her own as he spoke the last before he was sliding an arm around her waist to draw her closer and a hand slipping into her soft hair as he worked his lips gently against her own.
