The morning with his twin and Bran had been just like old times - if the three ignored that fact that one of them was married and the other two were fast appearing to be heading in that same direction. Still, they managed to be as foolish and idiotic as they ever were when it was just the three of them.

Zonko's had been a barrell of laughs - especially when one of those fabulous biting teacups latched onto Fabian's arse (don't ask why he had the teacup near his arse) and wouldn't let go. Bran and Gid had had to recover from their roaring laughter before they'd been able to finally rescue the red-faced blonde from his predicament. A few butterbeers later and the boys each went their separate ways each intent on meeting up with their girls.

It was a sure bet that neither of the other two boys were nearly as nervous about meeting their women as Gideon was, though. He'd been a bit nervous ever since school had started back up. Not even Fabian knew why - though he'd honed in on his twin's nerves quick enough. When asked, Gideon had always brushed him off, though.

And now, standing outside of Madam Puddifoot's, his hand in his trouser pocket, he felt his heart pounding. For a few moments he watched the blonde through the window, his eyes focusing for a few moments before he took a step back and looked to the ground. He was sure of himself. That much he knew - his only concern....

He shook his head forced a jovial grin onto his face before entering the feminine establishment and plopping down across from the witch.

"When do I not?" he grinned sharing the story about the teacup, his eyes dancing with laughter as he did.

"Marlene and Athena made me promise not to drink to much tea. They said if you ruined their night with me that they couldn't be held responsible for the trouble you boys would be in."

Reaching for her hand, he pressed a kiss to it, his eyes studying her for a long moment - assessing her mood for a moment. "I've never been afraid of those two," he claimed before ordering tea and various sweets from Madam Puddifoot. "How has your morning been? I see you spent your money," he commented, nodding towards the box.
