"As long as I get her back in one piece,"

Jerome laughed and gave a nod, watching Holly get flustered by his antics. He tipped his head, watching her open the box.

"Oh.." She wispered softly as he handed her a box. "You really didn't have to Jer...Thank you so much.."

"I wouldn't let it go by without paying my respects, of course," Jerome gave her an elaborate bow and winked. "Besides, I like seeing your cheeks turn that pretty shade of pink, Holly."

"It's so lovely. I didn't expect anything."

He bent and kissed the back of her hand, "I'll leave you two lovebirds be, now. Thanks for the interrupt," he nodded to Gid, his eyes wandering away from the pair toward a girl with pretty dark hair that he recognized. Eyes on her, he murmered, "I have...someone to attend to."

Smile wolfishly wide, he tucked his hands into his pockets and grinned at Holly, before sauntering off after the chosen brunette.
