All that was sensible in life dictated that Rabastan should try and take his wand; however duels were boring when you were the only one armed. As the mayhem increase, the arrival of two more Death Eaters, one of whom was definitely Bellatrix and none of them his brother, Rabastan realised that this man could get slightly too hex happy if his wand was allowed to stay in his hand.

"Furnunculus!"

Protego! The shield held off the spell easily while Rabastans mind ran through possible curses to use. He reckoned, if he so wanted, that no one would notice if he used an unforgivable, however he also knew it wasnt worth the risk. It was a shame really, however there were plenty other ways to make a man suffer.

"Diffindo!"

He doubted his shield would hold so simply ducked instead, the spell glancing his shoulder causing him to wince slightly. Blood would have been drawn however it was little more than a scratch. Actually, his new position, closer to the floor and consequently closer to the man he had to duel, was in many ways safer and kept him out of the line of fire of everyone elses curses and the random pieces of bar stool which had been sent flying around the room.

"Expelliarmus!"

Boring or not the man was easier dealt with minus his wand. However Rabastan doubted his curse would go undeflected. If it did the man was even worse than he had anticipated. Not waiting to see if the curse hit he fired too more in his opponents direction, not giving the man the advantage of hearing what they were. Arceo! If this curse worked the duel was as good as over, in theory the man would be left in an invisible cage. Rabastan had never used it before but there was a fist time for everything. Crapulus! Failing that Rabastan was yet to meet anyone who could fight well when drunk.
