"Not women."

Why that required Leathan to glance over at Gawain as he said it, straight-faced, he did not know. He was definitely not expecting Leathan's next words. "Today we're getting ready to head out to the field." Gawain took a step back, rather surprised. What, no more reports?

"A Janice Sobel reported seeing a man covered in a cloak with a mask on in her neighbors backyard last night - her neighbors are Muggle. She reports seeing a bright red light and a flash of green." A meaningful pause followed his next words, and Gawain couldn't help the skipping of a heartbeat as excitement fluttered through him. A flash of green? Gawain knew what that meant. The Killing Curse.

"We'll likely have to call in a few Obiliviator's. First, though, we need to head out and ask her some questions."

Well, what were they waiting for? Let's go!

Gawain spoke in the office for the first time today. "Do you think someone was killed?" There was a great curiosity etched into every word.

"And ... I can get the Obliviators ... if you haven't already done so." It didn't seem like they were going to move any time soon. Anything to speed up the process, really.
