Benjy was running around like a madman. He had reports to file, Auror chicken-scratch to decipher and translate into something actually readable, newly hired Aurors to get unlost and deconfused, and interns coming in soon that he had would have to answer questions for. And he was loving every second of it. It was a rush. Some people went sky diving, some ran with the bulls, he came to work. He grabbed a donut from the box on his desk, chewing on it thoughtfully as he finished off the form for searching a house for one of the Aurors. He grabbed the finished piece of parchment, put his half eaten donut down, and set off to find the field agent who had requested the form.

It was when he rounded one of the cubicles that he saw Gideon, looking decidedly lost and confused, like most of the new Aurors. Benjy hadn't been able to keep from smiling when he had seen his friends name on the list of new employees. The two hadn't been able to catch up as much as Benjy would have hoped over the last year, but with Benjy's work ethic, and Gideon's classes and family, they had both been too busy. But now they would get the chance to see each other regularly. He walked up to Gideon, smiling, and cleared his throat.

"You keep walking around like that Gid, and you are just asking to be given all the crap work. There is nothing worse than the sight of someone with nothing to do. Especially when that someone is a newbie, and looks lost. Some of the other guys around here just love taking advantage of the newbies, and you do not want to be christened the new Bambi. You do remember where your desk was?" Just as it was when he worked, Benjy talked a mile a minute, although atleast it was clear, and not mumbled like some of the people he had to take diction for.
