Now, anyone who had ever met Morela Sanrevelle might be able to come up with quite a few words to describe her but shy, in the social aspect of the word, was certainly not one of them. It had been terribly evident to Josh and Leath both that Morela had been craving a gathering like this for some time now, based on little things like constantly popping into their flat without any notice simply to see "what was going on.". The same old routine got a bit boring for the single werewolf, despite her numerous hobbies and the such, and it took a bit more than simply roaming around her property to keep the ex-Quidditch star truely occupied. So one could only imagine how Morela had been looking forward to this barbeque, the way she beamed when people who were even simply acquiantences walked in. She waved warmly at Mirabella and had every intention of dashing over to compar kittens when Josh's finger against her forehead snapped her out of her giddy little reverie.

"She's got your knack for thinking she's cuter than she is, I'd say,"

Morela gasped loudly and held Grizzabella closely to her chest as if protecting her from Josh's words.

"Choo are jus' jealous. Quidditch International t'aught I was cute, cuter than choo for two years straight!"

Morela smirked triumphantly, always remembering to never let Josh live things like that down it really did help to make her life much easier when it came to him.

"You should stick her into the flat. She'll just end up being tossed on the grill when she mistaken for a large banger."

"Tha's not funny Joshua, I don't t'ink choo are - River! Benjy!"

Morela instantly dropped whatever silly arguement she was having with Joshua as the brother and sister strolled up to greet them. It was completely true that Morela had only met River and Benjy once before at a similar gathering Leath had put together but she had taken to the two of them quite quickly, the relationship between the two of them something that Morela found infinetly amusing. It was simply who Morela was to greet them like old friends, the way she would treat anyone she'd met before, the way she liked to be treated. She greeted River with a smile and a wink, knowing that out of everyone here it would most likely be River she'd get the most 'drinking fun' out of once Josh was done.

Speaking of beers Morela was done once again and found it time to grab herself another cold Newcastle and as Josh and River started in on an ubber-friendly version of verbal 'tag' Morela rolled her eyes playfully and saw herself out of the conversation.

"Before this gets any worse I am brining t'eh baby upstairs where she won't be surroundeed by sooch perversion!"

Morela ducked out from where she stood before Joshua, stopping on her way up to the flat and giving Benjy a playful hug.

" 'Ello Benjy!"

With a dozing kitten in one hand and one free hand arounnd Benjy's middle Morela did her best to seem as welcoming as possible, even if she didn't really know the lad that well that she was giving such a friendly hug to.

"Leath, choo didn't tell me Benjy 'ere 'ad gotten even cuter seence the last time I saw heem. Really Leath, sometimes I wonder if choo want to keep all t'e cute ones for yourself."

Morela raised a playful and questioning brow at Leathan as if sizing him up in her mind for business of that sort and then with a laugh turned on her heels and gave a bright and beaming wave to Jam as he entered, having seen him several times before but not really remembering where, and then was just as quickly up the stairs to the flat. Morela placed Grizzabella lovingly on the couch and made sure the door was shut tight behind her as she left the flat for the barbeque once more, grabbing another cold beer for herself as she stepped out into the picnic area once more to join everyone.

Oh, you look so tired
Mouth slack and wide
Ill-housed and ill-advised
Your face is as mean
As your life has been
