Elphais knew how to be careful. He knew how to stick to the shadows and Apparate from key point to key point. He had not only his Auror skills to call upon, but he had a natural ability to call upon. He followed the directions to the letter appearing at the precise location with a pop; on purpose he'd arrived five minutes later than he was 'supposed to' appear. Then, tugging up his cloak hood with extreme care, he took off down the streets and alley-ways with seemingly little concern about hiding his tracks.

The abandoned shelter had never been used by the Death Eaters; at least not him. Perhaps others had, but there were numerous underground locations in which to meet and discuss deeds of a nefarious design. It just so happened that this particular night he, and four other Death Eaters (he knew not which ones) were to meet for one purpose.

And it was not a purpose for which they had yet to have met. He smiled to himself at the prospect, shutting the door behind him with nary a glance at the approaching shadows behind him. Slipping down the steps, he took care to keep himself at a measured pace. Plans had been laid and he was not to be the one to cause those to fail.
