Adela cringed as she heard her cousin make some cruel remark about Tobias and then get thwacked upside the head by Professor McGonagall, which couldn't have felt good, but he probably did, in theory, deserve it. She didn't particularly understand what Noah meant but she could probably guess by the number of 'oooos' she heard from the crowd and the grin she could imagine on the Hufflepuff's face just before he received his own injury, that it was probably something about his genitals, and probably not a flattering remark about them. But how Noah would know anything about the Slytherin's penis was beyond her since they didn't share a common room, Noah wasn't a Prefect, and Tobias was not, as far as she knew, swinging for Noah's team. That probably wasn't the point though and Del eventually realized this which made her get up from her seat to go sit by her cousin, if not to make sure his cranium was okay, then to act as a good influence so he wouldn't make anymore comments that could possibly cause him to be beaten to a bloody pulp by some angry Slytherins.

She made her way over to the tower that she knew the announcer box to be, hoping that no one would stop her. She was his cousin though so maybe pulling the family card might work if they told her to go back to her seat. She wasn't a trouble maker and had no record of being one so the family card plus perfect behavior might work in her favor. Why she was risking ruining her perfect record just to make sure her cousin behaved was well beyond her but it was the nice thing to do.

No one stopped her (thank Merlin) and she easily spotted her cousin's blond head so she made to sit next to him but realized there was already someone there. It took her a second to realize it was Gail but once she did she couldn't help but make a face that wasn't exactly a smile, more like a cross between cringe and concern. It wasn't really news to anyone, even Del, that Noah and Gail weren't best friends forever but Gail was her dormmate and Noah was her cousin so she had to play nice and couldn't pick sides, not that she would've anyways.

"Noah, Professor McGonagall is going to allow Filch to hang you by your toes in the dungeons if you don't behave," she murmured after Noah posed his rude question to Gail, sitting in the empty seat behind her cousin. "Hey Gail," she greeted with a smile, trying to pretend like she hadn't heard their cranky conversation by watching the game that she didn't have that much interest in since her house wasn't playing.
