Most people didn't bother trying to get back at Emilie when she went a bit off the handle. People knew who her brother was, they knew her last name, and most of all people knew that she was more then capable of throwing a fantastic tantrum when things did not go her way. So she was more then a bit surprised when Shanley didn't turn around and bolt from the confrontation like the frightened child she usually was. What was even more surprising to the fourteen year old Slytherin was the tone in Shanley's voice as she approached her. " I called you a half-breed you annoying little-" And then her books and parchment were flying across the corridor so that they slammed against the opposite wall. Emilie stared across at Shanley with a look of absolute horror.

Emilie felt her fists tighten up into little balls of fury as the younger girl still approached her. "What the hell did you call me!?" She snapped, her sudden disregard for acting like a lady had gone clear out the window, " I called you a half-blood, but now…." She shoved Shanley into a group of people behind her, " I think crazy bitch is more deserving." Emilie pointed to her things against the wall, "Go pick up my stuff! Pick it up before I do something that will result in screwing up your stupid little face for the rest of the school term." She took a step forward again, not caring who was yelling at her to stop. She'd stop when she was handed detention.
