Dai cruised around the hall, past the fireplace where He had found what… or rather who… he was looking for, last year. There was a Jack o' Lantern figure and a girl with snakes for hair, and though he was looking for a Slytherin, Dai was pretty certain that the one he was looking for would do anything before she made herself look anything but more beautiful than usual. Which wasn't all that easy, mind, because she always was beautiful. Flying a little higher, Dai scanned the crowd. He didn't figure on wasting any time if he could help it so spotting the girl was his main aim. Though while he was up there, a little loop the loop would be fun so he shot off on an upward climb and then flipped himself over upside down. He had a half a second glimpse of the floor below him before the broom swung around and he shot down to three feet off the ground.

Trick flying was good fun, but he didn't want to get into trouble with any of the professors.

He glanced around and then realized that there were no beautiful witch queens to be seen. He was pretty certain the girl he was looking for would be dressed as somebody pretty and witchy. With a shrug he batted the Quaffle out ahead and sped off after it. Catching the ball, he was about to turn back into the center of the room when he realized he was just by the door out into the courtyard. She could be out there, couldn't she?

Dropping down to a little over a foot above the floor, Dai wound his way past a couple standing dangerously close to one another, and slipped out into the court yard.

Bulls eye! Dai had looked through all the History books and studied all the pretty witches on the Chocolate Frog cards, because he was certain sure that his girl would be one of them. Circe, the sorceress who turned Odysseus' men into pigs! Had to be her. Pulling his broom to a sudden stop, Dai hopped of and grab bed it up. Walking over to the dark haired figure in the skimpy white dress, he tossed the Quaffle up into the air and said with a thick Stage-Welsh accent, "Fancy a game of something then?"
