"I don't know if I can do this Sean. Its hard enough taking care of Sophia, but I was so tired and grouchy and sick when I was pregnant. What if I take it out on her? What if we can't handle having two babies?"

"Dani...shhh..shhh." Taking the cup of hot chocolate out of her hands and setting it on the table Sean took Dani's hands in his. "Shh." He repeated. "It'll be fine. I'm here to help and you can do this. We can do this." For not feeling prepared himself he was once again feeling as though he had to be the optimistic, encouraging one. Dani really was pregnant. "If we need to get help we can." If hiring a nanny or something like was necessary than so be it.

"Mmmm. I think I'm going to be sick. I don't know if I can… if we can. Two babies is a whole lot of work."

Sean put a hand on Dani's back and started to rub it gently. "It is a lot of work." Sean agreed softly. "But it will work out. Don't worry. I have complete faith that you can do this." Continuing to rub her back Sean bent down slightly and kissed Dani on the forehead. They needed to keep it together. They couldn't start panicking now.

"We should write to her. I'll send her some cookies. Maybe. If I feel well enough to make cookies."

"We probably should. I probably should have done that sooner." Mack was hurting. She was hurting in a way that Sean had never seen her hurt before. She may have been fairly normal at the weddig but Mack was always good at hiding her emotions. "If you want to send her cookies I can probably make them if you aren't up to it." Sean did know how to cook after all. Dani was better than him but for a guy he was pretty good.

"I… I haven't set one...I wanted to wait and tell you. Make sure I'd schedule when you could come."

Taking another gulp of his water Sean shook his head. "Schedule it for whenever. It doesn't matter. I'll get the time off no matter what. Work should be use to that by now." His work seemed to understand that Sean was adament on not missing any appointments when Dani had been pregnant with Sophia and it would be the same for this new baby. Sean raised an eyebrow at Dani's question and was already moving to grab another glass.

"Cause, I know you'll yell at me when I get up and get it myself....Yes Sean, I'd like a glass of water and some cut up carrots. I'm eating for two you know." Sean couldn't help but grin. She knew him too well. She knew that already he was going to be protective of her. Eating for two. Pregnant. Another baby. Sean was still somewhat in disbelief that this time next year they would have two kids to their name. "Here you go." He handed her the water and then moved to get the carrots. Those seemed to be one of the foods she liked when she was pregnant . "Course… I'm just going to throw them back up, so I hardly think it counts as eating if it doesn't stay down."

As Sean work he completely pitied Dani. Pregnant was not fun. He remembered how she handled it last time. He learned from that experience though. He needed to be way more supportive this time and make sure to not let Dani stress out, especially since this baby would be coming so soon after Sophia. Grabbing the cut up carrots he handed those over as well and sat back down next to her, finishing off his own drink. "Can I get you anything else?" He asked her. "Oh and when did you put Sophia down for her nap?" Probably would be a good idea to know when their daughter would be waking up.
