Kalle didn't give a damn about the class he was currently in. Then again he didn't give a damn about any of his classes that afternoon. He had been bust sketching little pictures on his parchment, and even wrote Letter to his Aunt about spending the Christmas holiday with her for a couple of days. He knew that she would be against it, his Aunt and Uncle not finding Kalle's presence particularly enticing, but he wanted to spend time with his cousin Keelin, and if that was the only way to do so then he'd make the sacrifice. After class finally let out Kalle gathered his things and met Mack outside his room where they began the usual trek down to the Great Hall for some food before heading back to the common room. Kalle had begun talking about the absolute boredom that was his lessons when Mack cut him off and said something about her cousin Shanley. Kalle had no idea what the hell she was talking about. Instead he just followed on her heels as she rounded the corner and pointed at the display in front of him.

At first he could only make out the tiny body of Shanley pinned beneath the body of an obviously older girl. It took him a nice long moment to realize that the dark brunette hair that was flying around was connected to the head of his sister Emilie. Well if only he had a camera to take a photo of this display. How he would have loved to a nice snap to send dear old Jeremy. He could have labeled it something like 'Johansson beats the hell out of a Half-Breed'. Oh that hilarity in that made Kalle stifle a chuckle as he watched his sister pull at the hair of the younger girl.

"I can not believe this. Should we stop this?"

Kalle folded his arms across his chest and merely shrugged. They weren't doing anything terribly harmful to each other. If they were he would have stepped in to stop the squabble. Instead he just snorted back another laugh and shook his head, " Eh, let them go at it a bit longer. It's sort of funny to see my sister fight her battles…"

Emilie couldn't believe that she had stooped so low as to fight in the middle of the corridor. Not only had she fallen far beyond the proper status her father would have expected, but there were boys around her that would surely want to keep clear from her after this. How was she ever going to find a husband if she was fighting like this in front of everyone. Her one second of distraction gave the younger girl enough time to take control of the fight, and Emilie, knocked off guard, didn't see the shove coming that knocked her onto her back.
