Had she tried to make a deal out of him taking the tub, he'd have fought her on it. As it were it took him some effort to not insist on finishing up the rest of her jobs when she came back out, but he instead waited where she'd sat him, watching her as she finished up. By the time she came over to him, he was standing and pulled her in for a hard kiss. Letting her go, he grinned.

"I told you I was coming, didn't I? I know it wasn't supposed to be until tomorrow, but it seemed easier this way," he explained, pressing a kiss to the top of her head and looping his arm about her shoulder as they started walking down the street. "Work everything you imagined it to be? I've never actually had a job out of the home," he said. He'd attempted, once, to get a summer job at The Three Broomsticks when he was fifteen, but his mum had been insistent that he not. Ultimately he understood the reason, but it didn't mean he didn't still dream of taking even just one summer off and doing something else.

"Have you ever been to a Muggle movie?" he asked. "I got some money changed into the Muggle variety and Anyca always talks about what a fun things movies are," he explained. He'd never been himself, but then he didn't always have all that much pocket change laying about. As it were, he'd had to do some bargaining and flat out dare-work with his brothers to gain enough money to be able to spend a day treating his girlfriend. Of course, Charity had no clue on that; as far as he was concerned, she should believe his pockets were never ending pools of galleons.
