Mack wished she could disappear. Since becoming pregnant she had become incredibly self conscious and lost a lot of her confidence. It was hard to be confident when everyone looked at you, knowing you were young and pregnant without being married. Normally Mack wouldn't care but she was out in the real world. This wasn't something that was just confined to the school yard gossiper mongers. It was more of a reality now that she was out of school than ever and she hated the fact that someone IN school knew about it. It only made it ten times worse. Of course one of the few times Mack left Nic's apartment she had to run into Gail.

"Not shopping for myself, that's for sure."

Scowling, Mack pursed her lips and crossed her arms. She wanted to set the dress she was holding down but knew that that would only amuse Gail more. Its not like she could hide that she was pregnant anymore. Gail already knew and no matter how uncomfortable that made Mack she was just going to have to deal with that. Mack started to inch away from Gail, not wanting to talk with her anymore but then Gail was speaking again and it froze her in place.

"So who knocked you up, Raelene?" she asked. "You-Know-Who?" Instead of inching away this time Mack took a step forward. "Because I can't imagine anyone else having the stomach to get that close to you."

"Shut the fuck up, you bitch! That is none of your damn business!" Mack snarled. In two quick steps she was around the table that was between them and shoving Gail away from her. "Like you're one to talk. You'd probably have to pay someone to touch you enough to get your pregnant." Mack cocked her head to the side. "Unless you swing the other way. Huh, you probably do. You probably have to pay Grant to come near you just so people won't start talking."
