He wouldn't ever tell her that he had been frustrated and antsy during the months when he'd been unable to indulge in his wife, but he had been. He'd worked hard to keep that knowledge to himself and worked equally hard around the house burning off energy. To have her trying to apologize made him feel like he'd somehow failed in keeping her from knowing how anxious he'd been.

His attempts at trying to get her to stop with the apology fell short when she said that she was feeling better and then manner in which she said it was just working its way into his brain when she asked if he still knew how to use the Silencing Spell. A leering sort of smirk worked onto his features and he tried to pull an innocent look to himself, but failed miserably.

"Oh babe," he murmured, massaging the skin of her ribes with his fingers under shirt, "I couldn't forget that one if I tried. Just got get me wand, but," he gave her his best wide-eyed look, "are you sure you're still wanting me?"
