"You don't see me now, Cash, but next month you're coming home."

He glared at her. It wasn't an idle threat. If he knew Diana, and he liked to believe that he did, he knew she was telling the truth. "Ok," he grumbled. Fine. They would wait. He had thought about  bringing it up later but that would just be stupid now. His wife was just pure evil if you asked him

"...you want me to make that kind of person a role model for our child? That is not what I want. What I will accept. EVER. You can forget it. Permanently."

"I won't forget it," Cash snapped at her before shutting his mouth and not opening it again until he could speak in a calm voice. "Diana," he said with a bit more respect, "Love, Liam has made mistakes. We all do. But he has tried to correct them." One look from her told him he would be wise to forget it. Cash sighed. "Would you rather have Gil?" he asked, not thinking about it, but realizing that if anything, Gil was a good choice too. "Or are you going to shoot down all my choices?"
