He  frowned as she listed the names and laughed. He couldn't help it. It was absurd. Cash knew Diana had never been with another boy in any shape or form. He had been with other girls, but he wasn't about to share who and exactly in what ways to his wife. Diana was a bit dramatic to begin with, no need to push her over the edge in such a public place.

"You would so Cash, you've before. If you decided you loved someone else you'd leave me in a heartbeat, because Merlin knows that you can't possibly love what you already have. Thats too much for you."

Cash looked down. As much as he didn't want to admit it, Diana was right. Technically he had cheated on her. It didn't matter that he didn't want to marry her, their betrothal had been set and he hadn't cared. And he hadn't tried to keep it all that much of a secret. "Okay, I did. But I won't again. Before...it was my way of rebelling against the betrothal." He knew Diana didn't have any control over it as much as he did. "I won't do that again." He looked up and at his wife. "Please, believe that Diana. This may not have been my idea, but we are married, and I am going to stick by that."

Each comment she made after that had Cash wincing. "What can you say that won't upset me Cash? I know you can't because if I'm not upset and miserable at all times you aren't happy." Cash shook his head. "That's not true. I don't mean to do that...I'm selfish, what can I say? I'm not mature enough for a marriage - I am the first one willing to admit it."

He paused and thought for a moment. "I know Liam...I know what he has done is wrong. But he doesn't love Maya...I know he loves someone else...he just went around everything the wrong way. And I can't help how I feel about you...and I'm not asking you to be alright with it. I know you aren't...and I am trying to make up for everything...not very good apparently."

Cash sighed and glanced around the room before allowing his gaze to land back on Diana. "I'll try harder," he promised, before asking, "Did you get my package?"
