As far as Dumbledore went he was rather happy he could agree with Trent on the never having talked to him. He said " Me too. Heard a rumor he could read minds back in my second year. Though considering things doubt it is true. " Though Trent's personal observations might lead the rumor to have more logic behind it. Not that he was going to take that one sliver of evidence alter his opinion that there was simply no way Dumbledore could read minds. As if he could he was rather sure things would be different in the wizarding world.

As things were now the summer would be interesting. A war was going on in the wizarding world that was rather hard to ignore even if he had every intention of trying to do so. Surely Dumbledore would have done something about it if he could read minds. As it probably interfered with schooling and he was sure a good headmaster would want to remove such distractions. Distractions it would be best not to think of as Trent thankfully distracted him with a laugh.

Dakota said " Might do trial tests of some of the others. As it sure is a strange world. A world where I wouldn't be surprised if the potions book somehow burnt to mix into an acid or was burn proof. "

He was slightly disappointed neither of them had seen many Hogwarts quidditch tryouts. It would certainly be a disadvantage for them, well more for Trent than him. Dakota said " Yeah, My mother used to play, prior to me naturally, and sometimes helps out with them for her old team. " Hopefully Trent would not look her up to much. As even though he was sure a few people knew he was a half blood he did not want to advertise it. With his mother probably the biggest advertisement that existed, even if her playing quidditch probably over rode that with how impressed Trent was.

Dakota said " They are probably easier, as from what I observed at the games is there are a lot of good players that need to improve basic flying. Probably why seekers from Hogwarts are on occasion are recruited for other positions." Even if that occasion was only once that he remembered. He was sure over the years there had to be more than that.

If there was something Dakota Wiggins knew it was quidditch. The only problem was sometimes it over rode his desire to blend in as he forgot about staying in the background when talking about it. Even if talking about it had not lead him yet to actually playing.
