To whom is your character loyal?
Quinlan isn't really the sort to form loyalties. He doesn't really have a close bond with anyone at Hogwarts, and so there's nobody he would got to enormous lengths for. However, he has a measured respect for authority, and thus shows a degree of loyalty to anyone in a higher position than him, in a sort of obligatory way rather than one of faith or respect. So if the Head boy or an older prefect told him to do something that wasn't too unreasonable, he'd oblige.

With whom does your character get annoyed?
Pretty much everyone, including himself, but especially people who are loud or talkative or disruptive. Tanai has a tendency to push his buttons sometimes.. how can anyone be so cheerful?

Who does your character trust?
Quinlan has a tendency to trust authority figures because he has a notion that they're not allowed to be untrustworthy. His mistrust of fellow classmates is not necessarily because he thinks they have bad intentions, but more that they might be lacking common sense.

Who does your character admire?
Quinlan has a secret admiration of the Quidditch team. He'd love to go out there and play and not worry about getting hurt and dirty, and have other people cheering him on.

Who does your character frown upon?
Anyone who disturbs the silence in the common rooms, or makes his job as a Prefect difficult.

Who does your character overlook?
Pretty much everyone. Quinlan lives in his own little world, and can be oblivious even to those in his own house unless they're doing something to annoy him.

How strong is your house loyalty?
Stronger than he realizes. Quinlan doesn't think he thinks much of his house, but after five years at Hogwarts the sense of being a Ravenclaw, as opposed to being a Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, has definitely rubbed in. While he wouldn't go out and buy a Ravenclaw pennant for above his bed, he would definitely take offense at someone ridiculing his House.
