Josiah was thinking of his father. Thinking of all those others out there who could still be hurt because they weren't taking things seriously anymore. His father would never accept that things were finished. And Josiah now knew that neither would he. It was why he had come to this meeting; to do what others were already giving up on.

"I say we give those sons and daughters of Death Eaters something to worry about."

When Elliot was finished Josiah raised a brow and then nodded. "He's right, you know?" he said to the others. "I don't think the ministry has even thought about the children of the Death Eaters...whose to say they aren't as bad as their parents?" He could think of a few slytherins that seemed Death Eater like to him. "I'm not saying we should judge everyone because of what their parents did," he added, "But...Well, we don't want to be caught unawares this time, do we?"

Josiah turned his focus to Elliot. "Did you have something in mind?"
