She may not have been a Field Agent or a CSI, but just because she had been an Intelligence Analyst didn't mean that her skills of observation were any less. She was quite aware of the change in his appearance, but she didn't care. Pity or fear or disgust, she wasn't concerned about what others thought. Not anymore. There just wasn't room for such concern.

It was his next statement that had her looking sharply at him. She knew the man, but that JT had the audacity to assume she did had her eyes narrowing. Watching him, she leaned forward at his last words and offered him a smile that was anything but pleasant. "Present werewolf not enough company for you?"

A laugh escaped her, and she swayed to her feet, moving into the kitchen. "You want a beer?" she called over her shoulder, not caring about his response as she grabbed one for her and one for him: a pair of Guinness. Popping the tops, she walked back past him, setting his on the edge of the coffee table and resuming her seat before she took a long drink. Letting the bottle dangle between her fingers, she studied him for a moment. "You seriously came to ask me about another werewolf. What'd he do? Bite a friend and turn them into a werewolf? Skip out on a night in the cages?" She scoffed. "Don't you think a curse is enough? Why make it worse by hunting anyone down?"
