Nat made a rather exasperated noise at Amber. "The school could be being attacked by dragons and they wouldn't cancel the match." And for the most part that was true. Some how, in Nat's imagination being attacked by dragons during quidditch was way worse than a lot of fog. Way more epic, but a lot more dangerous. "Quidditch isn't the kind of sport you really cancel. Takes all the fun out, right?"

Dreary Amber might have been the one person on the team Nat liked least. Todd was funny, they had a pretty good time. Pete and Caitlin were his best friends. Millie was like an adorable little sister who was creepily stalking his best friend. To be fair he'd only heard Nigel's half of the story. But, Amber was kind of a depressant. Nat didn't know how to handle that. He was about thirty seconds away from tickling her to make her laugh, but that just seemed beneath him.

Instead he focused on Caitlin for a moment. "I  mean this in a nice way, Cait. You're my best friend, and you are little. Stay in between Derek and I." Really it was brilliant breaking up with Sioni right before a match to throw off his game. Nat didn't honestly believe that Caitlin would stay broken up with Sioni. Things in Hogwarts went like that, expecially in Hufflepuff house. You broke up with someone to get back together with them. It was epic-ly brilliant. "Just stay close. I don't… We don't want you to get hurt."
