Josh continued to watch the blurs he could make out in the fog and, when a real break was called, he got up and headed down the stairs, Leathan following. He'd not been invited, of course, to head into the locker room, but he knew his way around this pitch almost better than he'd ever known another and he slipped into the locker room as a girl was speaking about wanting to keep the other team from hearing her.

Walking right over to the food, he snatched up an apple and took a good bite as he surveyed the ragtag team of Gryffindors. He'd watched Pete Watkins with some interest over the last year, having known the lads late father, and getting to know the lad somewhat over the past summer at camp was helpful. He and Leathan had, as well, talked about Pete and his control issues more than a few times since Leathan had started instructing the boy in boxing.

"It's tough out there. No doubts on it," he said, looking over the team and then back at Pete. "Wish I had some flat out brilliant advice to deal out, but I really don't. At least nothing that can help in the moment. Nothing more than keep on like you are. Whose your Seeker?" he asked, looking around the room.
