He didn't have hopes that the place wouldn't still have a too heavy smell of something or that lace doilies (a phrase no wizard should have to know) wouldn't still be strewn about as if they were going out of fashion next week. Still, he knew that Michelle seemed to have enjoyed the place and Plum had proven herself girly enough that he knew she'd probably adore the whole thing.
And so, hand holding Michelle's, he dressed in something just a touch less formal than Valentine's Day, he kissed the side of her head as they waited, a quarter to noon, for Plum to arrive.
"Thanks for be willing to share the day with my sister and I," he said, his nerves a bit on edge. He'd never really explained the whole of how he'd found Plum to be his sister yet.
