She sighed as she made her way into the kitchen, still keeping an eye on her best friend. He was going to kill himself if he kept going like this. She knew that the potion was important to him, she did. But it was not worth killing himself over. She could see his hands shaking from the amount of caffeine he had taken. She was going to have to write to Kenneth MacMillian, or maybe go and see it. Dam was going to burn himself out, and then he wouldn't be of any use to anyone. She opened the cupboards, grabbing out the oats, and a saucepan, as well as some sugar. Then she grabbed the milk from the fridge and started to make porridge. "You are going to eat this, and you are going to bed. Even if I have to tie you to it."
Dam for his part, just kept his mouth closed, leaning his head back with his eyes shut, running over potion ingredients in his head. He knew better than to argue with Jacquie. It went a little beyond suicidal madness, and he did not have the energy to be invoking the wrath of the hellion in his kitchen. Besides, he was kind of hungry, and Merlin knew he could use the sleep. "OK Jacquie dear. Food, and then sleep. Got it. You know, you should be a mother."
Laughter rang out from the kitchen. "You are still in trouble muster. Big, big trouble."
